When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt. 
•          Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
•          We’re sorry but we can’t change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.
•          If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
•          Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note our courier company can not deliver to PO Box addresses
Postage & Packaging:
Important: We recommend  to dispatch goods to the billing address of the card holder which will require signature upon receipt, however we can deliver to a specified ‘shipping address’ if preferred. We recommend all customer chose a ‘sign delivery method as this is the safest method to ensure your goods are delivered safely.
In the event that an item is out of stock, delivery times may take longer. We will always notify you by email or your preferred method of contact.
Goods ordered may be subject to the customer fees and import duties of the country to which you have your goods shipped. The customer or receiver of the goods will be liable for any such fees. Le Groupe Espace Depot Inc., trading as Tee Co. is not liable for these fees, nor will they accept returns as a result of these fees. All other conditions of sale apply.
